Imported equipment delivery can be divided into categories, inland delivery destination delivery, delivery at the port of shipment type:

    1, inland delivery class. That is, the seller will deliver the goods at a place where the domestic land is exported. At the point of delivery, the seller promptly submit the contract goods and related documents, and to bear all costs and risks before delivery on time; the buyer received the goods, delivery of goods, the burden of all costs and risks after receiving goods, and to carry out the export formalities and export shipment. The ownership of the goods is also transferred by the seller to the buyer after delivery.

    2 class delivery destination. The seller in the importing country or mainland port delivery to FOB port of destination, Fas (FoS) and delivered ex quay price (duty paid) and DDP (designated importer) several delivery price. They are characterized by the responsibilities, costs and risks that the buyers and sellers bear. They are based on the agreed delivery points at the destination. Only when the seller delivers the goods under the buyer's control at the delivery point, can he get the loan from the buyer. This type of delivery has a greater risk for the seller, and the seller is generally reluctant to use it in international trade.

    3, port of shipment delivery type. That is, the seller delivers the goods at the port of shipment of the exporting country, mainly on the port of shipment (FoB), the customary term is the FOB price, the freight rate (C&F) and the freight and insurance premium (CIF), which is commonly used as the CIF price. They are characterized by: the seller delivers the goods at the agreed time at the port of shipment, as long as the seller delivers the shipping documents after shipment is provided for the goods stipulated in the contract, and completes the delivery task, the goods can be recovered on the basis of documents.
